The mission of The Seki Institute is to achieve Mutual Life by facilitating patterns of technological progress which secure humankind's continued prosperity, even in the face of a potentially hostile technological adversary. Like in Go, we must consider both our the long-term strategy—existential-risk—and on the immediate battles—the life-destroying harms technology already creates: social, political, psychological, economic, spiritual, legal, and security.
